DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (WITHIN INDIA)
- Customers receive free delivery inside India on all orders over Rs.999.
- For orders under 1000, we impose a delivery fee of Rs.150.
- For domestic delivery, all taxes are included in the price of the product mentioned on the Website.
- Except for a few cities in India, we provide a Cash on Delivery service. Before placing an order, please contact our customer service to confirm the availability of Cash on Delivery for your delivery address. We are not liable for the lack of Cash on Delivery service in a few locations. We have the right to request a partial advance payment in the case of Cash on Delivery purchases to protect ourselves from any form of scams and fraud.
- We aspire but do not guarantee, that all domestic orders (inside India) will be delivered within 3-4 working days of dispatch.
- When your order is shipped from our facilities, you will receive an email with shipment details so you can track it. If you do not receive a shipment email, please contact our customer service to inquire about the status of your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (OUTSIDE INDIA)
- We charge INR 3500 for shipping on all foreign orders. The shipping expenses are applied and included to the product value during the checkout process, so proceed with caution.
- CUSTOMS DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES LEVIED BY THE CUSTOM DEPARTMENT OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY, IF ANY, MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMERS TO OUR SHIPPING PARTNER AT THE TIME OF ORDER DELIVERY. THE AMOUNT OF DUTIES AND TAXES DEPENDS ON THE POLICIES OF YOUR DESTINATION COUNTRY. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ESTIMATE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF DUTIES AND TAXES THAT MAY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.
